CAJKU Czech Republic s. r. o. is a consulting firm focusing on providing specialized financial and strategic consultancy. Our team of experts brings financial issues together with knowledge of individual sectors and offers our clients complex consultancy with a high added value.

Our main business region is Central Europe. Thanks to our long-term cooperation with foreign partners, we also work on a number of other projects in Europe and around the world.

History

CAJKU Česká republika, s.r.o., was founded in 2012. Since then, we have helped our clients successfully implement projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad and we have actively participated in a number of both European and non-European projects. We use our international experience in management of extensive and complicated investment projects.

We provided consultancy on the construction of a wind power plant in the Czech Republic. We created a detailed financial model of the project for the client and then helped secure funding.

We provided a wide range of services related to the construction of a polyfunctional object of over 12,000 square meters. Our services included also the preparation of an economic assessment of the investment project, securing funding, the creation of a business strategy, assistance in acquisition negotiation and negotiation with suppliers.

Assisting the investor in evaluation of an investment project of the construction of a football stadium with a capacity of 30,000 seats.

Business consultancy on the construction of a football stadium

Preparation of an economic assessment of several constructional variants of a sorting line with different automation degrees. We also created individual detailed financial models, a sensitivity analysis and a risk analysis.

Economic assessment of the construction of a sorting line for primarily separated waste.

We created a detailed flexible 10-year financial plan that enables individual controls by individual divisions including planning of investment projects and perspective of the utilization of external financial resources.
